We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Customer Acquisition Team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years experience in CRM or digital marketing, who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns (Email, Whatsapp, RCS, SMS, Push notifications) to engage, nurture, and reactivate customers.
- Work with the CRM Manager to develop customer journeys that drive conversions and improve retention.
- Build and manage Email/Whatsapp/ SMS templates for personalized customer communication.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize results.
- Support with data management and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices (deliverability, inbox placement, A/B testing, customer engagement).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Your Profile
- Hands on experience in CRM, digital marketing, or Whatsapp/ SMS / RCS campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with any CRM or automation tool (Salesforce, Braze, Msg91 etc.) preferred
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic analysis) and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- A proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to improve performance and drive A/B tests
