Position Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage client relationships, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and support quotation preparation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely communication with clients and smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and update customer data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho or similar).


• Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions across the sales funnel.


• Assist in creating and sending professional quotations and proposals.


• Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and contract closures.


• Generate CRM reports for management on leads, conversion ratios, and follow-ups.


• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured.


• Maintain service renewal schedules and send timely reminders.


• Ensure compliance with company processes for documentation and client communication.

Required Skills & Experience:


• 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, Sales Support, or Customer Relationship roles.


• Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing quotations and reports.


• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.


• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and accountability.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
