Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and revenue objectives of the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven, persuasive communicators, and passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Conversion:
Present company products/services effectively to leads, handle objections, and convert leads into customers.Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to refine strategies.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns and meet organizational goals.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel (if required).

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
