Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business development strategies, negotiating contracts, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive sales and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and related technologies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and opportunities
  • Leadership skills to build and manage a dedicated sales and business development team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹277, ₹1,246,419.16 per year
