Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination with business for their overseas guests arrival and arrange hotels and flight tickets
- Handling of forex
- Cab booking
- Coordination with hotels for the HRS program
- Support employees in booking the air ticket/hotel through Concur/HRS
- Coordinate with Airlines and ensure all the agreements are in place
- Liaison with Global travel team in case of concur support requirement
- Filling of Visa form and assisting the employees for appointment
- Explore and additional service partners for hotels/transport and Airlines
- Handling/adding all the agreement with hotels/travel partners of CZI
- Liaison with travel partner and ensure services are provided as per SLA
- Employee transportation
- Events\ Adhoc requirements
- Monthly/Weekly MIS report of the core areas
- Explore cost benefit opportunity for the organization
An ideal candidates should be Graduate and should have 8-10 years of experience in handling this profile.
