Role Requirement

  1. Excellent knowledge of process, CRM journey, partners and Rebuttals
  2. Basics of excel and Power Point Presentation
  3. Presentation Skill should be able to stand and speak In front of audience
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Good spoken and written English
  6. Good data analysis and numerical ability

Job Description

  1. Conduct Induction Training for on-boarded candidates and assess them on varies parameters for certification
  2. Enhance their knowledge about product, policy, partners & CRM
  3. Give on Job Training to the new joined employees and track their productivity on regular basis
  4. Conduct refreshers on floor regarding new updates, process and journey changes
  5. Identify Training needs by collaborating with quality, BU leaders and product
  6. Audit Calls of the bottom performers and share feedback with them. Improve overall productivity.
  7. Provide floor support to agents and track AHT, Talk time and Productivity
  8. Conduct Soft Skill Trainings
  9. Conduct Knowledge Assessments and publish scores
  10. Enhance CSAT scores of agents
