Job Title: Senior Representative Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for partner and customer service back-office operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to ensure data integrity and process compliance. Communication: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently within a team, contributing to a positive and productive team environment. Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and organizational goals. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Engage with partners and team members across different cultures and time zones to support global operations.

Essential Requirements:

Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Sense of Urgency: Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Team Player: Proven ability to work efficiently in a team, contributing to team success and a positive work environment. Education: Graduate (non-technical) with 8-9 years of work experience.
