We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and expand sales operations across North Kerala. The role involves achieving sales growth, managing distributor and retailer networks, and ensuring strong market penetration in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop distributor and retailer networks.
  • Drive product visibility through trade marketing and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Guide and support distributor sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure timely reporting on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales as a TSM.
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
