    We are looking for a seasoned Financial MIS & Compliance Analyst with 5 to 8 years of
    experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance. The role will blend
    analytical reporting responsibilities with hands-on support for financial regulations
    including GST, Income Tax, and basic secretarial functions. This role is ideal for
    candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of numbers, systems, and
    compliance.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter, CMA, or MBA Finance
    preferred).
    5 to 7 years of experience in financial and statutory compliance.
    Good knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax rules, and basic company law
    provisions.
    Proficient in MS Excel, ERP platforms (Tally, SAP), and HRMS tools (GreytHR,
    TDS Man etc.).
    Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
    High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process orientation.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Industry Experience:
    Mid-sized IT Services, Professional Services, or Manufacturing organizations with
    in-house nance functions.
