Role Overview

We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Finance team at ekincare. This role will involve MIS preparation, treasury operations, monthly financial statement creation, and payment reviews, providing a strong foundation for a career in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate vendor, statutory, and employee-related payments.
  • Coordinate with banks for daily treasury operations, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Support in cash flow forecasting, fund management, and liquidity planning.
  • Assist in monthly financial statement (FS) preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and approval processes.
  • Provide support during internal/external audits and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial insights.
  • Maintain and update financial records, schedules, and trackers for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports with variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
