The Opportunity

We're looking for a
Finance & MIS Lead
who combines
financial expertise, compliance rigor, and a data-driven mindset

B.Com qualified (80%+ throughout academics), Zoho Books expert, and have 3–7 years of solid finance experience

What You'll Do

Financial Operations Excellence

  • Own invoice generation, collections, and vendor payments in
    Zoho Books
  • Ensure smooth cash flow management and on-time financial operations

Payroll & Compliance Leadership

  • Manage payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with auditors & compliance officers to prepare for IPO

Insightful MIS & Reporting

  • Deliver high-quality MIS reports, dashboards, and cash flow insights
  • Provide actionable financial intelligence to leadership

IPO Readiness & Audit Support

  • Support statutory audits, financial compliance, and documentation
  • Ensure all records align with IPO standards and regulations

Process Innovation

  • Identify and implement automation to scale finance operations
  • Drive best practices across finance & MIS functions
