Job Description

Apollo TeleHealth Services is seeking a detail-oriented Executive MIS to manage data collection, reporting, and analysis for business decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and databases while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance. The Executive MIS will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate reporting processes, and support management with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, and analyze financial, sales, operational, and other data sets.
- Generate accurate and timely MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Develop and maintain databases and data repositories, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Visualize data using charts, graphs, and dashboards for decision-making.
- Perform data validation and implement quality control measures.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects with research and modeling.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, marketing, and IT to meet data needs.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and support to users on MIS systems, data tools, and reporting methods.
- Sound Knowledge & hands on experience on H-look Up, V-Look Up, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting etc. Good in preparing MIS Report. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis Provide strong reporting and analytical information support Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance policies.
