Walk through of the centre with the visitors ( including e-tours) 2. Introduction 3. Co-ordinate with centre co-ordinators and operational staff regarding the upcoming events and visitors 4. Coordinate and assist in scheduling for visitors to the centers 5. Maintain visitor’s database. (E) Case Study Collect data and pictures of each family from the center co-ordinator & prepare case studies at the time of admission, monthly updates & dischargeReports 1. Daily Report 2. Incident Report 3. Parents Meeting Report (fortnightly) 4. Monthly report of Visitors, Donors, Meal mates, Unit Sponsorship, Events, Activities 5. Quarterly Consolidated Center Report
