Position: Experience Center Manager / Business Development Executive

Location: Bengaluru, India

Now, we are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Bengaluru team and help shape exceptional customer journeys.


Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle walk-in and appointment-based customers, conducting live product demonstrations.

✅ Manage and maintain the Experience Centre, ensuring it is always presentable and functional.

✅ Coordinate with vendors for live cooking demos and monitor pantry inventory.

✅ Review kitchen drawings and offer expert suggestions for appliance installations.

✅ Conduct Customer Experience Audits and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Track customer leads and influencers (architects, designers, etc.) and follow up on sales opportunities.


Key Performance Indicators:

Organize 2+ training/cooking demo sessions for architects and dealers per week.

Ensure a 50% conversion rate for BEC customers each fiscal year.

Convert at least 50% of Customer Care inquiries into opportunities.


Who We Are Looking For:

A well-groomed professional with 1-4 years of experience in premium or luxury retail environments (home décor, high-end electronics, automobile showrooms, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Passion for cooking and willingness to undergo culinary training (sponsored by BORA).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

Someone with exceptional business etiquette, ownership, and a drive to excel.


Educational Background:

UG: B.Arch, B.E/B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc Interior Design

PG: Desirable but not required
