Job Overview :
As a Salesforce Lead Developer specializing in Omnistudio, you will lead a dynamic team of developers in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Omnistudio application development environment.
Your role involves technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with Omnistudio best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Omnistudio environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Architect and implement complex solutions, utilizing low-code and declarative development tools within the Omnistudio platform.
- Design and optimize data models and database structures to support application requirements.
- Lead integration efforts with other Salesforce clouds, third-party applications, and external systems.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices for data management within the Omnistudio platform.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, including testing and validation of developed solutions to meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Debug and resolve issues during the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other technical leaders, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with the Omnistudio application development environment.
- Data modeling and database design skills, specifically in the context of Omnistudio applications.
- Integration expertise with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Continuous learning and adaptability to new Salesforce technologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Certification :
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant
