Job Description :

As a Salesforce UX Designer specializing in Partner Portal Experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing user interfaces within the Salesforce platform to enhance the experience of our partners.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities :

- Design and customize user interfaces within Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) - Partner Portal Experience to meet the needs of our partners.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align design solutions with business objectives.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

- Implement best practices in user experience design, information architecture, and visual design within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions while adhering to technical constraints and platform standards.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce Experience Cloud and UX design to improve the partner portal experience continuously.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud - Partner Portal Experience.

- Advanced proficiency in designing and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud using tools like Community Builder and Lightning Components.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
