Job Overview :
As a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing salable and robust solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of data-related projects.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement salable and high-performance data solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Develop data models and database designs to support business requirements.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes for seamless data integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable effective data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and enforce data security and privacy best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and architectures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data architecture and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Total of 10 years experience in IT
- Salesforce Data Cloud expertise
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and related tools
- Data modeling and database design skills
- Proficient in ETL processes and tools
- Integration experience with third-party systems
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Project management skills
- Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies
