Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our growing team.
If you are passionate about transforming businesses through Salesforce solutions and deeply understand Field Service operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Lightning.
- Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, with a particular emphasis on Field Service Lightning functionality.
- Serve as the technical expert in Field Service Lightning, providing guidance on best practices and optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Field Service Lightning features and functionality.
- Customize/build Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) application using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, etc.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients post-implementation.
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for Salesforce development and FSL implementation.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and Field Service Lightning :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Strong understanding of Field Service operations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience in building Lightning Aura and Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Certifications :
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.
