Omniskope - Salesforce Solution Architect - Loyalty Cloud Domain

Position Overview :
As an Expert Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Loyalty Cloud, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions that maximize the potential of Loyalty Management for our clients.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and drive tangible results.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Loyalty Cloud and Loyalty Management capabilities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges related to loyalty programs.
- Design and implement scalable and sustainable solutions that leverage Loyalty Cloud features to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Provide expertise in Loyalty Management configuration, customization, and integration with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices for Loyalty Cloud implementation and customization.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce and Loyalty Cloud releases, evaluating new features and functionalities to enhance solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and insights on leveraging Loyalty Management to achieve their business objectives.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, participating in solution demonstrations, and contributing to proposals.
Skills/Experience Required :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Loyalty Cloud and Loyalty Management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Loyalty Cloud configuration, customization, and integration.
- In-depth understanding of Loyalty Management concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
Certifications Preferred :
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
