About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Legal Associate
to join our Legal team at 63SATS. In this role, you will be responsible for
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
, working closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts. You will draft, review, and vet contracts while maintaining a robust repository to support organizational efficiency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

·      Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.

·      Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

·      Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

What We're Looking For

·      
Experience
: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).

·      
Knowledge
: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

·      
Skills & Competencies
:

o  Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.

o  Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.

o  Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.

o  Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
