Remote work opportunity with the leading legal firm as a Legal Associate with minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice.

**Location: India**

**Working Hours: 06:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Mon-Sat)**

**Experience required: 5-7 Years (Legal)**

Role: Legal Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting forms and affidavits in support, and interactions with the USCIS on a regular basis to keep the cases updated and active.
- To handle Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum cases
- Communicating advice about all matters of Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum matters with internal attorneys. Explaining available courses of action and possible repercussions of cases to clients.
- Addressing client’s concerns regarding deportation and termination, handling case terminologies.
- Communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and providing them with advice.
- Write case notes and reports.
- Preparing forms and completing the packet.
- Preparing the clients for n400 interviews.
- Attending daily team meetings.
- Uploading completed packets to google drive.
- Updating master audit list and review list.
- Sending work reports.
- Responsible for all conversations with the clients.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
