Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research & Analysis

* Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and draft legal opinions.

* Interpret statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments.

* Stay updated on relevant legal developments and notifications.

Case Management

* Handle a diverse caseload independently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and clarity.

Client Representation

* Represent clients before courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies, police authorities, and enforcement agencies.

* Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, keeping them informed on case progress.

Team Collaboration

* Assist Partners and Principals in briefing Senior Advocates on complex matters and contribute to overall case strategy.

* Review work and mentor junior associates within the team to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Enrolled and in good standing with the Bar Council of Delhi.

* 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in civil and criminal litigation.

* Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

* Proven ability to assist in handling complex legal matters.

* Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
