Opportunity – Senior Associate (Capital Markets) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • Equity Capital Markets Transactions: Advise on a wide range of capital market offerings including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments by listed companies.
  • Regulatory Advisory: Provide counsel on SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, and related securities law matters.
  • Deal Execution: Manage due diligence, draft offer documents, prepare regulatory filings, and coordinate with clients, merchant bankers, and regulators.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with corporates, promoters, and financial institutions to deliver strategic and commercially viable solutions.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with colleagues across levels while guiding juniors on transaction processes and regulatory issues.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Senior Associate with 6–7 years of experience (2019/2020/2021 batch pass-out).
  • Strong background in capital markets transactions, especially IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments.
  • Solid drafting, transaction management, and regulatory advisory skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute.
