Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager based in Pune. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent client services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communication between clients and the agency, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining high standards for client relations.

Qualifications

  • Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the advertising or communications industry is a plus
