Client Service Executive Responsibilities:

- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (For Key Accounts)
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Graphic design, Content writing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media.
- Work jointly with internal team to drive operations.
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and with cross functional teams
- Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
- Ensuring client satisfaction & managing escalations

**Client Servicing Executive Requirements**:

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 year of Experience in Branding and Advertising agency is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
