Client Servicing Executive

**Responsibilities**
1. Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize MS-Office software to create and edit client reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources to effectively address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing support in the setup of their accounts and services.
6. Conduct regular client review meetings, providing updates on performance and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and changes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by PrimeWealth, and effectively communicating these to clients.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
