Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acting as the bridge between our builders and prospective customers. This position involves understanding client requirements, conveying the unique value propositions of our partnered builders, and supporting the sales team in closing deals effectively. The role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Present and articulate the features, pricing, and benefits of properties from major builders associated with AK Landmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales and channel partner teams to develop tailored property solutions and proposals for clients.
- Co-ordinate with on-site sales team for site visits, property presentations, and virtual tours to showcase offerings effectively.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with builders to stay updated on project status, availability, pricing changes, and promotional offers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pre-sales presentations and demonstrations that address client concerns and objections.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral and sales tools that enhance customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to channel partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or real estate consultancy.
- Must have completed Graduation or Post Graduation
- Strong understanding of real estate products, property market trends, and customer behaviour in India.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one or more Indian languages.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partners and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and virtual communication tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore and travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
