KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 To maintain a database of Contractors, Architects, Masons, etc, for enhancing Sales.

 To meet and deal with Dealers and manage them according to their requirements and needs.

 To maintain a healthy relationship with the Dealers and Retailers.

 To appoint new dealers and retailers and encourage them to increase their sales.

 To improve the sales through our channel partners like dealers and retailers, and also make different marketing strategies & do some creative work for pushing up the sales.

 Finding out about some premium projects, like premium housing and other related projects.

 Dealing with a project from specification generation to final closure of the Sales for the specification meeting with the architect, the Developer is involved in the related project.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Solid technical background in Cement, Steel, Construction, and Building material Industries.

Sound Judgment and Good Business Sense.

Ability to Build Relationships with Clients Quickly.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

Relevant experience in corporate sales.
