About the role:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specializing in B2C and Retail Sales to lead the growth of our smart lock / digital lock product line. Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a robust sales plan for B2C and retail channels to meet or exceed revenue and volume targets. Identify growth opportunities (new markets, new retail partnerships, new consumer segments). Forecast sales and prepare budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Retail / Channel Management Build and manage relationships with retail partners, showrooms, distributors, dealers. Negotiate terms, margins, placements, in-store displays, promotional support. Ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, visual merchandising, and brand visibility in retail outlets. Customer Acquisition & Experience Lead from the front: engage with end customers when necessary (in stores, at demos) to understand their needs and objections. Oversee customer feedback channels and ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation in retail environments. Work to reduce returns, complaints, and issues post-sale. Budget & Cost Management Manage cost of sales, promotional budgets, incentives etc., ensuring profitability. Optimize trade spends and in-store marketing investments
