Our platform enables KYC whitelisted middle India users to buy and sell tokenized residential real estate, 1 SQFT at a time. Our diverse portfolio includes rental housing, prime land, holiday homes, and more across India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience in Sales Closures, Understanding of Plotted Development, Residential Sale , and Client Relationship Management Ability to Close Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Knowledge of the real estate industry and micro-market knowledge Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
