We seek an experienced sales executive passionate about sales and business development in a startup environment. The candidate should be able to achieve customer acquisition, build the first sales team, help close business, and execute.


  • Experience in growing a high-tech or software early-stage startup company is a significant plus.
  • Should be a Hunter and generate net new business
  • Ability to sell Software Services


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • We seek a young, talented, passionate, and professional Business Development Executive.
  • The role will be to acquire new clients and manage them to develop new businesses.
  • Study the prospects, identify potential clients, and generate leads and opportunities.
  • Follow marketing research, forecasting, planning, and promotion.
  • Meet the revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction
  • Looking for Candidates from IT Solutions/Services backgrounds.
  • Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Onboarding and Revenue Targets.
  • An ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with a passion for sales.
  • Own end-to-end business development funnel from lead generation to closure and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management across delivery, pre-sales, and solutions.


Required Skills:


  • Naturally aggressive and passionate about the job.
  • Ability to understand brief/client requirements.
  • High sense of responsibility towards targets given to him/her.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Should have a knack for experimenting and a zeal to explore new ways to interact with clients.
  • One should be comfortable to travel when required.
