We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high-quality service levels, and maintaining strong client relationships. With your extensive experience in service delivery management, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Should have managed large transformation implementations in digital space, Strong technical exposure on Microsoft Technologies or Java Stack, Have good appreciation on - Cloud environment - Azure, AWS, Knowledge in CI/CD and DevOps toolchain including Azure DevOps, Jira,, Experience in Waterfall and Agile POD delivery models
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with service delivery, implementing appropriate risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, leveraging technology, and optimizing processes to enhance service delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor and analyze service delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
SLA Compliance: Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon SLAs, proactively addressing any potential deviations or challenges and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Contract Management: Collaborate with the legal team to review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with service delivery capabilities and client expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of service delivery with overall business goals and objectives.
