Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to join our team at MLA GROUP OF COMPANIES. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job Description:Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projectionsIdentifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channelsMeeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationshipsLiaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategiesExcellent communication and convincing skill requiredcreate quotations, create agreements, payment modulesPreparing financial projections and sales targetsAttending events such as exhibitions and conferencesPreparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetingsProducing reports for managementTraining business developers and sales colleaguesWorking in a clients business or in an office.Scheduling Meetings with the clients and our in-house Business Development Team.Monitoring and managing meeting trackerEnsuring meeting completion is > 90%Coordinating with clients and BD team for meetings.should have experience in handling client escalationsShould be willing to work in pressure and targetHandling inbound and outbound company calls

Requirements:Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleProven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
