Pay Range : 7 to 10 Lac per annum with quarterly variables (depending upon experience level and past payroll).

Timings : 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Mon - Sat

Leaves : 14 Casual Leaves, 12 Sick Leaves, 2 Restricted Holiday in a calendar year

We specialize in boosting sales and building strong lead funnels with digital growth strategies, using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Programmatic Bidding.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

As a full-time on-site executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients from the Real Estate industry.

You will be expected to conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

As a Business Development Executive, you will also be responsible for creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and within a teamoriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be beneficial
