: Delhi & Lucknow


Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Drive
    volume & market share
    through demand generation and dealer performance management.
  • Enhance
    Customer Experience (CX)
    across all touchpoints (pre-sales, sales, showroom, and digital journey).
  • Ensure
    timely billing & order availability
    .
  • Manage
    ETBR, enquiries, and market coverage plans
    .
  • Lead
    digital dealer initiatives, special schemes, and market activations
    .
  • Ensure
    infrastructure readiness
    at dealerships.

Service:

  • Monitor
    CX through dashboards & field feedback
    ; drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee
    process adherence
    at dealerships.
  • Ensure availability of
    tools, equipment, manpower, training, spare parts & warranty support
    .

Coordination:

  • Drive
    collaboration across charging teams
    to support EV ecosystem growth.


Eligibility

  • 5+ years
    of experience in Sales, with at least
    1 year in Service/Customer Experience
    .
  • Background:
    Automotive / EV (PV/4W)
    .
  • Education:
    B.E./B.Tech; MBA preferred
    .
