Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and managing day-to-day sales operations. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Meeting Sales Targets
  • Collections experience is must
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in preparing Sales Reports and Presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive or EV 3W industry
