As a Demand Generation Marketer,you will be responsible for designing the GTM strategy to capture and generate demand using different inbound and outbound marketing channels. The most important goal is to generate sales pipeline every month in a scalable and repeatable way. This will be a great fit if you are excited about pipeline generation for different products and to work in a high-growth marketing environment.
Roles Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy Execution:
- Create and implement a comprehensive top-of-funnel (TOFU), middle-of-funnel (MOFU), and bottom-of- funnel (BOFU) B2B marketing funnel strategy using a combination of both inbound and outbound marketing strategies
- Identify and target key customer segments and run different marketing campaigns to increase awareness, create sales pipeline, and grow new revenue within each segment.
- Launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Measure the performance of paid marketing campaigns and maintain the budgets
Content Marketing Development:
- Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create content, including emails, blogs, white papers, press releases, social media, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop effective content distribution strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and generate leads that convert into sales pipeline and revenue.
Email Campaign Management:
- Draft compelling and engaging email campaigns for automated sales and marketing campaigns, leveraging best practices to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Hubspot Management:
- Ensure all accounts and contacts are up to date and properly segmented for automated sales and marketing email campaigns, and successful hand-off of engaged prospects from marketing to sales.
- Work with the marketing operations team to set up all the campaigns and to manage the marketing contacts in Hubspot
Pipeline Measurement:
- Provide weekly updates on marketing performance and spend, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Create dashboards to measure the performance of the different campaigns and improve the marketing strategy based on data-driven insights.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Min 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B or SaaS or Tech company as a Demand gen marketer responsible for generating sales pipeline
- Hands-on campaign management (SEM, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting) with expertise in at least one core channel (Google and Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Has good experience of SEO, keywords and should have experience implementing an SEO strategy tied to Pipeline generation. Also understands conversion rate optimization.
- Has an experimentation mindset. Should have experience running different marketing campaigns that help in lead generation and in turn increasing the sales pipeline.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing marketing automation platforms, particularly Hubspot, to manage leads and automate email campaigns effectively.
- Has experience using different marketing tools like GA4, GTM, optimizer tools like Pagesense/hotjar, and analytics platforms like (factors.ai)( \
- Thorough understanding of content marketing principles and experience in producing high-quality content for various channels.
- Creative problem solver and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Result-oriented and capable of driving measurable outcomes through marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to write content independently and in collaboration with other marketing teams.
