Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Specialist to join our client’s esteemed team. The CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with their high-net-worth clientele and ensuring an exceptional customer journey - post-sales support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury real estate environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing personalized assistance and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Implement and maintain a robust CRM system to effectively track client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Coordinate seamlessly with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment in customer engagement strategies and deliverables.
Generate and analyze reports to evaluate client engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns and events to foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously optimize CRM processes and enhance service offerings.
Uphold our client’s reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every touch-point.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality industry, with a focus on client relationship management.
Exceptional communication and the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in generating and interpreting CRM reports and metrics.
Dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
