Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.2. Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.3. Resolving merchant queries4. Drive overall engage merchant base5. Capable of hiring and building team6. Set clear team goals7. Delegate tasks and set deadlines8. Oversee day-to-day operation9. Monitor team performance and report on metrics10. Motivate team members11. Discover training needs and provide coaching12. Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts13. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments14. Encourage creativity and risk-taking15. Suggest and organize team building activitiesMust Have: Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application the new learnt ideas and concepts. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1. Self-starters, who can take ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit. 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets2. Passionate about working in a fast growing firms and large team handling.3. Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.4. Good sales and negotiation skills. Experience in quota driven sales is a must. 5.
