Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Leasing Professional to lead and execute leasing strategies for social experience zones across our Business Parks portfolio in Mumbai and Pune. The role demands strong expertise in leasing big box formats, anchor stores, and vanilla/in-line retail units, combined with an in-depth knowledge of mall operations, back-of-house functions, and support infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry relationships, negotiation skills, and the ability to curate a dynamic tenant mix that enhances customer experiences and maximizes asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and secure leading brands across business park retail spaces.
  • Drive leasing of big box formats, anchor tenants, and vanilla/in-line retail units.
  • Curate a balanced and engaging tenant mix aligned with customer experience objectives.
  • Negotiate lease terms, agreements, and renewals with retailers.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, brokers, consultants, and retail brands.
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of leasing documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with mall operations and facilities teams to ensure back-of-house and support infrastructure meet tenant requirements.
  • Monitor retail market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence to support strategy.
  • Drive leasing targets and ensure optimal occupancy levels across the portfolio.
