The Purchasing Assistant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting in purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting procurement operations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of purchases and resolving any order-related issues.Qualifications- Knowledge of purchasing processes, procurement, and purchase orders- Experience in Tally Prime is must- Experience in purchasing and procurement practices- Strong communication and organizational skills- Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Proficiency in relevant software tools is preferred- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management or a related field are a plus
