The Purchasing Assistant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting in purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting procurement operations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of purchases and resolving any order-related issues.QualificationsKnowledge of purchasing processes, procurement, and purchase ordersExperience in Tally Prime is mustExperience in purchasing and procurement practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in relevant software tools is preferredPrior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management or a related field are a plus
