D Key Result Areas
ARM Recruitment and Development: Identify, Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 6 to 7 ARMs. Ensure the team operates at full strength by hiring or replacing ARMs as needed within the manpower budget. Business Planning, Implementation & Goalsheet Drive: Drive ARMs to achieve their defined goal sheet. Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement business plans. Execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance market presence. Supervision and Review: Monitor, evaluate, and review ARM performance. Conduct periodic reviews with the Zonal Head (supervisor). Address performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to ARMs. Timely Reporting: Submit required reports within specified timelines. Provide accurate data on team performance and business metrics.E Skills Required
