Sales Manager

We are looking for an ideal candidate - Manager Sales - Gujarat Region to be based in Vadodara for our Mixion Technology.
He / She would be Accountable for managing Sales and Business Development West Region. It will be a business of 50 crore and growing. This role will be integral to driving results through pitching, lead generation & sales to achieve business targets. Accountable for managing Sales and Business Development West Region. This role will be integral to driving results through pitching, lead generation & sales to achieve business targets Expanding existing customer base, Credit Control & Shipment monitoring, Expanding existing customer base and Credit Control & Shipment monitoring.
Responsibilities :
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales pitch, price negotiations
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the
company’s sales goals
Manage Sales of Mixing Systems (Agitators). Closely work with cross functional Sales team to improve on volumes as well as Market share
Study competition, identify emerging markets and generate business plans to achieve targets
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Coordinate with cross functional team on achieving customer deliverables
Customer Credit Monitoring
Education Qualifications: B.E. (Mechanical/Chemical) with or without MBA
Experience : Around 12 -15 years
Industry preference : Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Capital Equipment
Competencies required to execute the role : Market Research, Commercial Acumen Relationship Building and management Negotiation and Selling Skills, Innovation
