Office Administration & Sites & Facility Services
Maintenance, Parking, House keeping, Multiple issue handling.
Managing Travel desk. Booking of train / flight / hotel for staff and guests.
Upkeep of vehicles / Insurance / Tax
Vehicle arrangement as and when required for movement of staff, guests and materials.
Ensure undisrupted service of CUG / PRI / Wifi connections.
Service and upkeep of Telephone equipment. New connections as and when required.
Handling Admin related Bills and Compliance. Processing and follow up for payment. Timely renewal of Trade License, Property Tax / Labour License. Resolve issues and apply for fresh Licenses as and when required.
Co-ordination and arrangements. Events / Functions
Qualifications
Graduate.
8+ years' experience
Real Estate experience preferred
