Job Title: Business Development Manager - B2B
Location: Gurgaon
Cityfurnish.com is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - B2B for sourcing clients in industries such as service apartments, guest houses, and coliving / student living spaces.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the service apartments, guest houses, and coliving / student living segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new B2B clients.
Develop customized rental solutions that meet the specific needs of B2B clients.
Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring that revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of rented furniture and appliances.
Provide excellent customer service to B2B clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions.
Experience in the furniture rental or hospitality industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Willingness to travel as required.
CTC : 6-7 LPA + Variable
