Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

consulting

and

international exposure . The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals to expand the company’s portfolio. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand global business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and business events, with a focus on international markets.Market Research:

Analyze global market trends, identify business opportunities, and propose strategies to expand into new regions.Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling consulting services.Sales Pitch Development:

Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to high-level executives and decision-makers.Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals, especially in international markets.Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (legal, financial, marketing) to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs and company objectives.Reporting:

Provide regular reports on international sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development within the consulting industry .International business exposure

and a deep understanding of global markets.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Familiarity with international business laws and regulations is a plus.
