We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Inspire Institute of Sports, Vijayanagara, Karanataka.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.- Conduct screenings, interviews, and facilitate selection decisions.- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Conflict Resolution:

- Identify and address workplace conflicts promptly and effectively.- Mediate disputes and facilitate resolutions in collaboration with management.

Performance Management:

- Implement and oversee the performance management system.- Ensure fair and transparent performance appraisals and evaluations.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs through assessments and discussions with managers.- Develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Payroll and Compliance:

- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.- Verify staff payments and resolve payroll discrepancies when necessary.- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of employment.

HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.

Exit Process:

- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.- Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities.

Required:

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.- Relevant Experience of 4+ years
