Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, and categories.
  • Support in uploading product descriptions, images, tags, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Work on Shopify theme customization (basic HTML, CSS, Liquid preferred).
  • Ensure smooth store functionality by testing pages, checkout, and overall navigation.
  • Assist in integrating apps, plugins, and third-party tools to enhance store performance.
  • Support marketing team in setting up promotional banners, offers, and landing pages.
  • Conduct competitor/store research and share insights for better user experience.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with developers for advanced fixes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in E-commerce, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify platform and e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Liquid is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Passionate about e-commerce, digital tools, and online shopping trends.
