Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, enhance keyword rankings, and maximize ROI. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page optimization, including content, meta tags, internal linking, and backlinks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical aspects to improve crawlability and indexation.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Lead the SEO team, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization.
  • Track and report KPIs such as organic traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an SEO Manager, Senior SEO Executive, or similar role (5+ years preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and website architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international SEO and e-commerce websites.
  • Knowledge of PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for SEO automation.
  • Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
